Dr. Atul Shah is a senior Consultant Gastroenterologistand laparoscopic Surgeon practicing in Ahmedabad since 1994. He studied MBBS and MS in General Surgery from NHLM Medical College in 1989 and 1992 respectively. He also has done Fellowship in Minimal Access Surgeons of India and has Fellowship of India Association of Gastrointestinal Endo Surgeons. He has a vast experience of 26 years in this field. He has been trained at various institutes in India & abroad likeGangaram Hospital, Tata Memorial Hospital, Kyungpook National University Hospital, South Korea, etc. Currently he is associated with Kaizen Hospital, Ahmedabad as a Medical Director and as a Consultant GI and Laparoscopic Surgeon. His special interest areas are laparoscopic hernia surgery, obesity management through bariatric surgery, management of high-risk gastrointestinal disorders, research in GI surgeries.
